Refunds & Returns

You can cancel at any time before your order leaves us, free of charge. Call 0203 0120507 or email info@nextdaysheds.co.uk with your order number and we will refund you in full, normally within 3 working days.

You have 14 days from the day your building is delivered to tell us you want to cancel. You don’t need to give a reason. Let us know by phone or email, or by any other clear statement — please include your order number.

You then have a further 14 days to return the building. To get a full refund it needs to be:

• unused and not assembled, or fully taken apart again and packed as it arrived;
• free of paint, stain, cuts, drill holes or other changes;
• complete, with all panels, fixings and the assembly guide.

If the building has been handled more than was needed to inspect it, or is returned damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. We will explain any reduction.

Garden buildings are too large to post, so returns are collected from the kerbside by pallet courier. We can arrange the collection for you and will tell you the cost before booking it. You can also arrange your own carrier if you prefer.

Unless the building is faulty or not as described, the cost of returning it is yours. Delivery to you was free, so there is no outbound delivery charge to refund.

Please make sure the packs are secure, dry and ready at the kerb on the collection day. The building remains your responsibility until it is collected.

Please check your delivery when it arrives and note any visible damage on the driver’s paperwork.

Email us photos of any damage, and a list of anything missing, within 48 hours of delivery. We will send replacement panels or parts free of charge — usually within a few working days — or, if you prefer and the damage is serious, arrange a replacement building or a refund.

If your building is faulty or not as described, you have the right to reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we will repair the fault or replace the part or building; if that doesn’t fix it, you can have a refund.

Our 15-year anti-rot guarantee is in addition to these rights. Natural features of timber such as knots, colour changes and small surface splits are not faults.

The Heavy Duty specification, EPDM rubber roof and pressure-treated timber base follow the same rules as the building. A base or roof kit that has been cut, glued or fitted can only be returned if it is faulty.

We refund to the card or account you paid with. For cancellations after delivery, we refund within 14 days of receiving the building back (or of you showing us that you have sent it back, if sooner). For faults and damage, we refund within 14 days of agreeing the refund with you.

Your bank may take a few more days to show the money in your account.
