Products & buildings
What building types do you offer?+
Flat-pack pent and apex sheds, pent and apex security sheds, summer houses (including full-height glass versions) and summer sheds. Every one is pressure-treated timber, held in stock for next-day delivery.
What's the difference between Standard and Heavy Duty specification?+
Standard is 16mm nominal shiplap cladding; Heavy Duty upgrades the cladding to 22mm nominal loglap tongue and groove — the same design with a noticeably beefier build. Both are pressure-treated with 15-year anti-rot protection.
Can I choose the doors and windows?+
Yes — most sizes come as single or double door, with or without windows. Pick the configuration on the product page; the price is set by the size.
What sizes are available?+
From compact 4x4ft sheds up to large workshop and summer house footprints. Every size page lists the exact external dimensions.
What does flat-pack mean?+
Your building arrives as numbered panels with pre-hung doors, every fixing and a step-by-step guide. No cutting, no guesswork — most customers build theirs in an afternoon.
Ordering & pricing
How is pricing calculated?+
Price is set by size, specification and roof style, plus any extras you add. Door and window choices never change the size price.
Do you offer trade discounts?+
Yes — volume pricing is available for landscapers, builders and developers. See the trade page or contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them, all through our secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery & assembly
How long does delivery take?+
Every building is flat-packed and held in stock. Order by 2pm and it is delivered the next working day, free across the UK mainland. We don't deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly or Northern Ireland.
Do you offer installation services?+
We don't offer an installation service at the moment. Every building is designed for DIY assembly — numbered panels, pre-hung doors, every fixing and a step-by-step guide in the box — and two people can put up most sizes in a day. If you'd rather not build it yourself, a local handyperson or landscaper can usually do it in a few hours.
What do I need to prepare before delivery?+
A level base — concrete, paving slabs, or a treated timber frame — at the exact size of your building or slightly larger, with at least 300mm clearance around it for assembly access.
What happens on delivery day?+
Delivery is kerbside to the front of your property. Please have someone available to receive the panels and check them for transit damage.
Guarantee & quality
What guarantee do you offer?+
Every building is pressure-treated and carries 15-year anti-rot protection on the timber. The optional EPDM rubber roof is an upgrade over the standard felt roof: a single rubber sheet with no seams to lift, which is why many customers choose it for a building they want to forget about. Everything we sell is also covered by your statutory rights.
How do I make a claim?+
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue — your order record is your guarantee record.
Is the timber treated?+
Yes — pressure-treated rather than dip-treated, so the preservative is forced deep into the timber instead of sitting on the surface. See our pressure-treatment explainer for how it works.
What maintenance is required?+
Pressure-treated timber needs no structural treatment; a cosmetic colour treatment every 2–3 years keeps it looking sharp. See the maintenance guide for the seasonal checklist.
Technical & specifications
Do I need planning permission?+
Most garden buildings under 2.5m high fall under permitted development and need no planning permission — see our planning guide for the size and position rules, and check with your council if your property is listed or in a conservation area.
Are the dimensions exact?+
External dimensions can differ slightly from ordered sizes due to cladding and panelisation — the size pages show exact external dimensions with tolerances.
What's included with my building?+
Floor, walls, roof, doors and windows as configured, pressure-treated timber throughout, all fixings, and a step-by-step assembly guide. EPDM roofing is an optional upgrade over the standard felt roof.
Can I add windows or doors later?+
Retrofitting is possible but may affect your guarantee — talk to us first and we will advise on the best approach for your building.

What if something arrives damaged?+
Note any damage on the driver’s paperwork, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we will arrange replacement panels or a refund. Full details in our refund policy.
