Every building is flat-packed and held in stock, so in-stock orders placed by 2pm go out for next-working-day delivery.
Year-round delivery
We deliver Monday to Friday all year round, except bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day.
Nationwide coverage
England, Scotland & Wales mainland delivered free. No delivery to the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland.
What to expect on delivery day

- 2Kerbside deliveryOur driver delivers to the front of your property. Please have someone available to receive and check the panels.
- 3Access requiredPlease ensure clear vehicle access, and let us know in advance about narrow lanes or weight restrictions.
- 4Inspect on arrivalCheck panels for any transit damage and note it on the driver's paperwork — then email us photos within 48 hours if anything's wrong.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across the UK mainland on every building, with no minimum spend. We don't deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly or Northern Ireland.
How quickly will my building arrive?
Every building we sell is in stock and flat-packed, so orders placed by 2pm on a working day are delivered the next working day. We confirm your delivery date by email, and you can ask us to deliver on a later date if that suits you better.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland?
No. We don't deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly or Northern Ireland. The postcodes we can't deliver to are — Scottish Highlands and Islands: AB31–AB38, AB40–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA49, PA60–PA78, PH4–PH44, PH49–PH50 and ZE. Northern Ireland: BT. Isle of Wight: PO30–PO41. Isles of Scilly: TR21–TR25.
What about assembly?
Every building is designed for DIY assembly: numbered panels, pre-hung doors, every fixing and a step-by-step guide in the box. Most sizes take two people half a day to a day. We don't offer installation at the moment, but a local handyperson can usually build one in a few hours.
