Terms of Sale – NextDaySheds

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of products and/or services ("Products/Services") from the NextDaySheds website (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Sale.
1.2 In the event of any conflicting policies linked elsewhere on our Site, these Terms of Sale will take precedence.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes will not apply to orders placed before the change date.


2. Ordering

2.1 You can place an order by following on-screen instructions and completing checkout. You can review and correct errors before confirming by clicking “Place Order.”
2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse an order at our discretion.
2.3 After you submit your order, we will send an order acknowledgment email. The contract between us is formed once we send a dispatch confirmation email.
2.4 If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer alternatives, a delay, or a full refund.


3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are in GBP (£), include VAT, and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
3.2 We may change prices at any time before your order is accepted.
3.3 Orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.
3.4 If a pricing error is found, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled. We are not obliged to fulfil orders at incorrect prices unless already dispatched.


4. Delivery

4.1 Subject to availability, we aim to dispatch products as soon as possible. Most of our deliveries qualify for free next-day delivery, but this is not guaranteed.
4.2 Delivery is made to the address you provide during checkout.
4.3 Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Some items may require a signature.
4.4 Once delivered, the products become your responsibility. We are not liable for damage or loss after delivery unless the item was delivered faulty or in error.


5. Cancellations and Returns

5.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, unless an exception in Clause 5.4 applies.
5.2 To cancel, notify us with your full name, address, and order number, or simply return the item.
5.3 On cancellation, we’ll refund all payments including delivery (except for upgrades beyond standard delivery). Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
5.4 You cannot cancel your order if:

  • The product has been unsealed or removed from its original packaging;

  • It is customised to your specifications;

  • It has become inseparable from other items after delivery;

  • It has been damaged after delivery unless it arrived faulty.

5.5 Returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation, and no later than 28 days from delivery. Use the returns label included in your package. We recommend recorded or insured delivery.
5.6 This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


6. Faulty Products

6.1 If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will offer a refund, repair, or exchange as required by law. Contact us promptly to arrange a return.
6.2 This does not affect your statutory legal rights.


7. Product Information

7.1 We aim to show accurate colours and images on our Site, but your screen may not reflect the exact product appearance.
7.2 Online-only promotions may not be available in-store and vice versa.
7.3 Product sizes are for guidance. Contact us before ordering if you’re unsure of fit.


8. Delivery Outside the UK

8.1 We primarily serve UK customers. If you are ordering from outside the UK, it’s your responsibility to check local laws and customs regulations.
8.2 Import taxes/duties may apply and are your responsibility. Contact your local customs office for details. We may refuse international orders if not pre-approved.


9. Security

9.1 Our checkout uses secure encryption to protect your data.
9.2 We recommend not sending card details via email. We are not liable for losses caused by insecure communication.

10. Our Liability

10.1 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
10.2 We are not responsible for indirect or business-related losses (e.g., loss of profit, contracts, or data).
10.3 We accept full liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or where legally required.
10.4 These Terms do not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.

11.1 We use your personal data in line with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. Please review this policy before placing an order.


12. General

12.1 If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
12.2 These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be handled by UK courts, based on your location.
12.3 These Terms do not grant rights to third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
12.4 Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our rights.
