Delivery details

Can I use it for client visits?

This is a furniture layout, not approval for business use. Check any planning, access and other requirements for your intended use before ordering. The sofa, desk and other furniture are not included.

How do I choose the right size?

The suggestions use the same furniture dimensions and layout rules as our 3D builder. Furniture sizes are typical and the plan is approximate: check your desk, chair pull-back space and door access before ordering.

Are power and insulation included?

We supply the timber building and the upgrades you select. Wiring, internet, heating, insulation and furniture are not included. Arrange any electrical work separately with a qualified electrician.

What goes under the office?

Prepare firm, level ground before assembly. You can add the matching pressure-treated timber base to your setup. It is supplied with the building; ground preparation and installation are not included.

How does delivery and assembly work?

Order by 2pm for free next-working-day delivery to the UK mainland. The building arrives flat-packed at the kerbside for DIY assembly. Numbered panels, fixings and a step-by-step guide are supplied; most sizes take two people half a day to a day.
