Cancellations and Returns – NextDaySheds

  1. Unless one of the exceptions in Clause 4 applies, you have the right to cancel your order (or any part of it) within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day you, or a third party (other than the delivery provider) indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

  2. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly, providing your full name, address, and order number. You may also cancel by simply returning the goods to us—see Clause 5 for how to do this.

  3. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you selected a non-standard delivery option). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of their return—whichever is earlier. You may also request an exchange for a product of equal value, subject to availability.

  4. You cannot cancel your order if:

    • The product(s) have been unsealed from their original packaging;

    • The product(s) are perishable, or sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery;

    • The product(s) have been custom-made or made to your specifications;

    • The product(s) have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;

    • Unless the product was delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrectly.

  5. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of cancelling your order, and no later than 28 days after the goods were delivered. Please return your items securely packaged, include your returns slip (provided with your order), and affix the returns label. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service and insuring the parcel for its full value.

  6. This returns and cancellation policy does not affect your statutory legal rights.


Faulty or Damaged Products

  1. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights. Please contact us promptly to report the issue and arrange return.

  2. Our faulty goods policy does not affect your statutory legal rights.
